After writing this sentence and filling in the blank with a strong adjective, you will explain what actions or words caused you to feel this way this summer.
For example, I might write, "I have never felt more energized because of something that happened this summer. This summer, I went camping nearly every weekend...." (In my next sentences, I would go on to explain how the experience of camping this summer has made me feel energized).

I have never felt more excited this summer.I traveled to Illinois, Florida, and Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Illinois was fun because I had a graduation party and saw all of my family. It was very interesting in Florida because I had a volleyball tournament.It was difficult because I couldn't play. I just sat on the bench and cheered on my team. Hilton Head Island was the best because I went to the beach everyday. I love the beach and playing in the ocean. I also went boogie boarding which was also really fun. This summer was the most exciting by far.

I have never felt more exited because of something that happened this summer. This summer I got a volunteering job with South Suburban. I got to work at Colorado Journey Mini golf. I did many jobs while working there. My favorite one was working the cash register. I also cleaned out the ponds, picked up trash and watered the flowers. The last thing that I could do was take inventory. That means that I counted the amount of food, water, and sodas. I also worked at a few art camps. I liked working with the kids in the camps. They were all very nice and fun. Overall I had a very exiting summer because of my volunteering job.

ReplyDeleteI have never felt more thrilled this summer because I went to Missouri. I went to Lake of the Ozarks and fished for hours. I have gone there 3 other times but this year the fishing was by far the worst. I hardly caught anything but still had a good time. While I was there, I went golfing with my family at a course we have golfed 2 other times. Although it is a hard course I still had a lot of fun.

Riding my Jet ski's every week has made me feel more excited because, it gives me something to do instead of just sitting in my room. It also gives more opportunities to spend time with friends and family. It also is very fun. It also gives me time to learn and drive it. Along with driving it, It makes unforgettable memories
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more exposed because of something that happened this summer. This summer I did a lot of traveling, I got to experience how other people lived. One of the places I went was Alaska, in Alaska I saw how people lived through such harsh winters and summers with little to no sun. The next place I went to was San Francisco. While I was there i saw people that lived around Haight-Ashbury that are mentally stuck in the Hippie Movement in the 1960's. While I was in Switzerland, more specifically Montreux, during the Jazz Festival I saw struggling musicians. Seeing all these types of people exposed me to many different types of people that I wouldn't have seen if I didn't travel to these places.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited when i go to play on the same lacrosse team as my friends/ I was excited because i got to play my favorite sport with my friends. And we also did really well. When i was playing i was excited after because i met some new people and we also became friends. I was also really excited to play with them because we all were going to Arapahoe together as freshman. My friends and i actually played on and incoming freshman team for Arapahoe as well which was cool. Finally, playing lacrosse with my friends was exciting because my friends made the experience alot better and we had a great time playing lacrosse together.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more thrilled because of something that happened this summer. In late May and early June in the summer of 2013 I got to explore the wonders of Italy.This experience made me feel honored to go to such an extravagant place. In Rome getting a private tour of the Vatican and The Vatican Mosaic studio was absolutely amazing. I got to meet some very important people to the vatican. Thrilling would not even describe my week in Greve in Chianti. We got to travel through Florence and explore a lot of small towns. After that incredible week we go to go to Vence. Vence Was so thrilling because the town is built on canals. This trip was one of the most eye opening trips I have ever been on. It made me want to learn more about history, culture, and travel. Going to Italy was a very thrilling part of the summer.

ReplyDeleteMy dog had puppies this summer and it took her 12 long hours to have her 12 puppies.The first puppy she had was born outside and my dad had to bring it in the second one was born in the bushes we had to bring that one in to. We finally got her inside and in a room to have the rest of her puppies. For two days we could not touch them because our smell would linger on the puppy and if she smelled it she would eat the puppy. I soon found out that it was my job to take care of them it sucked. They were so messy and gross all they did was eat sleep and poop. when they opened their eyes they were even cuter. When they were ten days old we found a puppy with a disease she couldn't make the milk into protein so she just lost weight. One night my sister held her because all she did was cry at 3 in the morning she had her slow and painful death. Now it is week 8 and we have 2 more puppies left to get rid of. At first i wanted to keep them all but then they just got worse and worse so now i don't. I have grown very attached to them and it was hard to say goodbye but i did it and im proud. but now i have to say that it was all worth it to be stressed I will probably never get to do this again.
I've never felt more exhausted because of something that happened this summer. I lived on a boat in the Atlantic Ocean for almost 2 weeks. I went scuba diving, fishing, and snorkeling nearly everyday. Sometimes even 3 times a day! I saw incredible sea creatures and amazing underwater reefs the size of cities! It was the most amazing thing I've ever done, but it sure made it a tiring summer. I still had a lot of fun, and made it a summer I hope I'll remember forever!
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more active and stronger because of something that happened this summer. Why I feel this way is because i joined the Arapahoe football team. I went through the summer training camp that ever grade had to do. We did conditioning and weight training. I also feel proud because i was able to go up to CSU football camp with four other freshmen. There were originally six of us but the other two had more important things to do. the rest of us went to CSU there were two offence and two defense it was a long and hard, even thought it was only three days, it felt more like a whole week. But it was good for my one year of football experience. That day felt great I got to expect what High School football felt like. I learned new play that I know very well. This is what changed me and got me very motivated into football, I love the sport.

I have never felted more motivated becayse of something this summer. The actions I felt this summer were energetic during this summer while doing my sports. I would practice dance and tumbling skills. For dance I would practice my turns; quad, fouette, and my eclipise jumps. Then my aerials for tumbling. I felt motivated to be able to perfection these skills before I started tumbling and dance season this fall and winter. I would always be energetic during my summer practices. Even thought it was a lot of work, I didn't give up until I had these skills spot on.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited because of something that happened this summer.It started with my very first flight. I finally was able to go to Las Vegas with my Family. I was able to see Tigers, Lions, and Sharks. I really enjoyed the Belligio Fountains with my mom, She always wanted me to see them. I was so happy to go to the pool everyday and not worry about school. It will be a Vacation i will always remember.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt so fantabulous about any other summer than this summer. I got to hang out with all my friends on the daily all summer long. This loaded me with happiness to the extreme because I only know one kid from my middle school going to Arapahoe. I got to spend the last moments with my very close friends in a very special way. Also to end this fun filled summer I had a end of the summer party at my house with all my closest boy and girl-friends. I also had to fit in basketball tournaments into this wonderful summer. I have to say it was pretty great.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt so connected because of something I did this summer. I got involved with VOC and we took a trip up to Black Hawk. We did trail construction and maintenance and invasive species removal (we pulled weeds). I learned a lot about myself and my surroundings during this time. I also had a lot of fun! We got to camp out at Pickle Gulch Campground and go to some cool places. I made some new friends and had a pretty rad time.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited because of something that happened this summer. I went to Wyoming for boy scout camp for a week and went to Pennsylvania to visit family for two weeks. Boy scout camp was fun because we were camping in tents and hammocks. Also a select few and I were able to go biking up a mountain and sleep up there for the night, then we went home the next day.. Pennsylvania was fun because we had a family reunion for my step father’s side of family. While we were there we play with all kind of thing, such as ATV’s, guns and we played kick ball. The rest of the time there was just visiting my Moms side. Going to these places gave me lots of excitement and I had fun with it too.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt so alive because of something that happened this summer. I started freshman football camp. It was so energizing getting up early every day and strengthening my body. I started drinking a lot of water and it made me feel so much better. I found myself being able to do so many more things then I could before. It made me feel like i wasn't wasting my entire summer just sitting around. I really enjoyed the experience though it was hard at times, i would highly recommend it to incoming freshman. You learn a lot about the school before the year even starts and you are able to make a lot of new friends.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited because of something that happened this summer. This summer I went to California for a total of 6 days for a swim meet. The meet was located in Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento. The meet was a little different than a normal meet because instead of going as a club team like normal meets, we went as team Colorado. Colorado had a total of 87 swimmers and 18 were 13-14 year old guys, which made everything a lot more fun. After the meet was over, we all went to a water park for a few hours and that made everything a lot more fun. I really enjoyed the trip a lot and whenever i think of the trip, it makes me excited about what happened over my summer

I realized that my life consisted of constant computer games, a very limited amount of time outside, and very few friends. I only hung out with my best friend so I could forget about the crushing truth about my sad, simple life. I detested my previous summer, and I hope that I can make friends to avoid such a dilemma.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more tired because of something that happened this summer. I hung out with a friend almost every single day this summer witch made me really tired. Also some nights there would be parties and I would not get home until one or two in the morning. I'm not complaining but it's just a fact that I was very tired. Also I went out of state twice and the time changed so when I got back I wasn't adjusted to Colorado time. It was a great summer though.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more happy this summer! This summer I made gaming Pc with my friends. We spent the whole summer working. I've just made my Pc last 2 week ago. We've spent about $ 6,100 together total. Building a Pc was fun and probably build another one. My summer was Cool! :)
ReplyDeleteI have never felt happier about this summer. I feel this way about this summer because I went wake boarding for the first time. This made me happy because I have always wanted to wakeboard. I have water skied but never wake-boarded. When I first go on the water I was really nervous. When I got up and standing on the wakeboard it was really easy. I like it so much! It made me happy to know that I have tried it and know how to do it. I think everyone should try it if they haven’t yet! I love water sports!
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more fatigued over summer vacation. This summer I participated in the Arapahoe High School marching band, that met for over three weeks on vacation. During the day we begin to stretch then dig right in. Basics block dreadfully approaches while we all slug over to the field. "Hut" yells the instructor as we all become as still as a statue and as strong as a skyscraper. The day passes and lunch has been eaten. It is time to head home. We hitch a ride with awaiting parent and we dart off to bed. My eyelids open and I couldn't move, all my muscles we gone. I stop to think that anything is impossible, but I know I must do it the next day.

It was exciting because we got to fish, kayak. Then later I want camping in Estesd park we got to fish again up there and also hiked. Over all I had a really exciting summer I wont forget
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited because of the trip that I had to San Deigo. Between the trip to San Deigo I went to Las Vegas. It was the first time that I seen such a crowded city. When I get to San Deigo I build my PC. It was a Summer I will never forget.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more excited because of something that happened this summer. I went to Arizona and painted a cabin for my aunt. I got paid for painting it and it really made me start to feel on my own. I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. I feel like i am now ready to have a job and start supporting my family.
ReplyDeleteI never felt more thrilled because of something that happened this summer. I went to the National Boy Scout Jamboree. Which includes the pre-tour, in the pre-tour we went to New York, Philedelphia, Washington D.C., and for the main event West Virginia. I had a lot of firsts. First time being on a plane. First time going to New York. First time going to Philadelphia. First time going to West Virginia. Plus I went on a World Class BMX Course, and a World Class Skate Park. It was a blast!
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more awake after this summer> This summer i have done lots of activities that kept me busy and active. For the first month and a half of summer i think I was going out and skateboarding everyday. It was a very fun time until i hurt myself and had to give it a break for a little while. Since i couldnt skateboard anymore i started to work out more recently. When summer was almost gone i just started to hangout with friends and had a fun time!
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more exhausted, because of something that happened this summer. This summer I was a camp counselor at an outdoor adventure camp. In my group there were 10 5th grade kids, the other counselor and I would climb trees, take hikes, run, jump, swim, yell, and sing with the kids all day long for a week. I had the most amazing time that week with all of the campers and the other counselors, even though I could barely move after the day was over. While towing children around and wiping a few tears, was hard and exhausting that week of camp was defiantly one of the best weeks of my life.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more tired after this summer. This summer we went to Arizona and vacationed quite a bit so when we got home I was pretty tired. While in Arizona we did things like hiking and swimming and lots of other things. After we came home I also had to work quite a bit at my parents work. The day before school we worked late so that night I made sure I got all my sleep. I also did lots of things like helping around the house a lot and other things to help out. Overall it was a tiring summer.
ReplyDeleteI have never felt more thrilled because I got to travel to Iowa then to minnesota. I felt thrilled because I was going to see family that I hadn't seen in years! I got to hang out in my swimming suit all day. I didn’t have to worry about if my hair was frizzy or if i had any makeup on.I loved hanging out with my family and just talking to them.The boating was amazing but the water was freezing. I got a lot of exercise from paddle boating and walks in the woods.
